The Kessler Plaza Neighborhood Association, founded in 1993, is committed to the homeowners who live here. The neighborhood association generally meets the last Tuesday of every other month at the Jefferson Boulevard Church of Christ. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM. In addition, there are numerous social events scheduled throughout the year bring neighbors together. Preserving the quality of life and the beauty of the area remains the top priority of the neighborhood association.
