The Old Oak Cliff Conservation League (OOCCL) announces its 34th Annual Fall Tour of Homes October 11-12, 2008. The tour is Dallas’ oldest and largest home tour. This year there will be approximately a dozen unique and spectacular properties from various time periods and featuring a variety of styles.

Another new and exciting aspect of the tour this year is the Home Expo, which will be at the Stevens Park Pavilion, featuring a variety of home related services, vendors and informational booths.

The 2007 Home Tour raised over $13,000 for Oak Cliff neighborhoods with over 1,000 people viewing the showcased properties. Profits from the tour help fund improvements in member neighborhoods and have been responsible for many beautification projects over the years.

Founded in September 1974, the League now consists of 29 member neighborhoods and is an an advocate for Oak Cliff neighborhoods. The home tour has played a major factor in showcasing Oak Cliff to the public.
