KesslerPlaza is a moderated email communications system with Yahoo! Groups. The service allows neighbors to send and receive email in an easy-to-use, privacy- protected, and spam-free environment. The site also contains a calendar of neighborhood events and is used for public announcements of the Kessler Plaza Neighborhood Association.
