Kessler Plaza residents joined friends, neighbors, kids, and pooches for the 6th Annual Kessler Plaza 4th of July Parade. About 35 people marched in the parade, which circled the park. Many residents also brought their dogs to the parade and enjoyed refreshments afterwards. |
